Credits

A confirmed email receives 20 starting credits once. Spending a campaign costs 5, 10, or 20 credits. Completing a verified comment earns 1 credit. Unused credits on an expired or cancelled campaign are refunded once. There is no subscription, checkout, or paid access.

Campaigns and comments

A campaign is an Instagram post URL and caption. Another member can be asked to comment. The comment has to be on that post and from the Engage username the member entered. The product does not promise a number of comments, a place in Instagram, or a result from a suggestion.

Your account

Marketing email is optional and starts unchecked. Clear saved profile removes connection and profile fields and leaves the login. Delete account, after you type delete, closes open campaigns, refunds unused credits once, removes stored Instagram tokens, and deletes the login. Credit amounts stay. Privacy describes what is stored and what deletion leaves behind.
